Arabic AI calling agents for your business
An Arabic AI calling agent calls your customers, or answers when they call, in the dialect they actually speak, Gulf Arabic for most callers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with English where they switch to it. It handles reminders, payment follow-ups, order confirmation, lead calls and support, and passes the call to your team when a person is needed.

The Arabic demo agent speaks Gulf Arabic and confirms a car service booking for a made-up garage in Dubai. Play the customer: confirm, move the time or ask what the service includes. This is a live agent with sample data, not a recording. Calls end after 90 seconds; no phone number or sign-up needed.
What it does
Five jobs Arabic calling agents take on first.
Each one is a short, repeatable conversation with a clear outcome, which is where an agent saves a team the most time.

How Arabic callers talk
Gulf callers do not speak Modern Standard Arabic on the phone.
Callers in the Gulf speak Khaleeji, the Gulf dialect, or their own country's dialect if they are among the many Egyptian, Levantine or Sudanese residents. An agent that answers in formal Modern Standard Arabic is understood but sounds like a news bulletin; one that answers in Egyptian sounds like a call centre in another country. Pick the dialect for the people you call, and write the agent's instructions and sample lines in it.
Small words give the dialect away. Gulf callers say شلونك and وايد, Egyptians إزيك and أوي, Levantines كيفك and كتير; for “I want”, Gulf ابي or ابغى, Egyptian عايز, Levantine بدي. English is everywhere too: البوكنج, الأوفر, اللوكيشن, or a whole English sentence in the middle of an Arabic one.
Valmiki STT transcribes Arabic as one language, with no dialect setting, and follows the switch into English. Its accuracy on each dialect has not been measured, so test with callers from your own market. Pāṇini TTS reads whatever dialect the text is written in, so the agent's replies follow the spelling in its instructions. The platform's Arabic voices are standard Arabic voices; for a native Gulf accent, clone a Gulf speaker from a 10-second sample.
Lines an agent might say
موعدكم بكرة الساعة عشر الصبح.
Your appointment is tomorrow at 10 in the morning. (Gulf)
تبون نأكد الموعد؟
Shall we confirm the appointment? (Gulf, polite plural)
عايزين نأكد الميعاد؟
The same question in Egyptian Arabic
ألف وميتين وخمسين درهم
AED 1,250, said the Gulf way
Numbers, dates and times
Dirhams, riyals and dates, said the way Gulf callers say them.
Amounts are where Arabic agents slip. The counted word changes with the number: درهم واحد, then درهمين for two, ثلاث دراهم for three to ten, and back to the singular, خمسطعش درهم, from eleven up. Gulf speech also shortens the teens (خمسطعش for fifteen) and says ميتين for two hundred, where Modern Standard Arabic says خمسة عشر and مئتان. Write amounts out in the dialect you want the agent to speak, and use the currency name rather than AED or SAR.
Bills and messages may print Eastern Arabic digits (١٢٥٠) or Western ones (1250); both should become words before the voice reads them. Business in the UAE runs on Gregorian dates, while in Saudi Arabia Hijri dates still appear alongside them, so say which calendar a date is in when it could be ambiguous. Read phone numbers digit by digit in the groups people write them in, such as 050 123 4567.
How it works
Three models handle every turn of the call.
The caller speaks, Valmiki STT writes it down, Vyas LLM decides the reply, and Pāṇini TTS says it.
- 01
Valmiki STT listens
Valmiki STT transcribes Arabic and English in the same call. It has one Arabic setting for every dialect. - 02
Vyas LLM decides
Vyas LLM reads the transcript with your instructions and picks the next step: answer, ask one question, use one of your tools, or transfer the call. - 03
Pāṇini TTS speaks
Pāṇini TTS reads the reply in the dialect it is written in, Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine or standard Arabic, and reads English words in the same voice. - 04
Your tools and your team
Agents support MCP and tool calling during a call. The agent can transfer the call live to a person on your team. Every call has a recording and a transcript.

Rules
What the calling rules ask of an AI agent.
An opening line that says so
مرحبا، معكم مساعد ذكي من [اسم الشركة]، وترى المكالمة مسجّلة.
Hello, you are speaking with an AI assistant from [company], and the call is recorded.
The UAE allows AI agents to make marketing calls on the same terms as people: approval from the licensing authority, numbers registered to the licence, a Do Not Call Register check, calls between 9 am and 6 pm, a recorded call that says so at the start, and a question about whether to continue before any pitch. Read UAE rules for AI sales calls (in Arabic).
Saudi Arabia has no law written for AI calls, so the telecom regulator's spam-call rules and the Personal Data Protection Law apply: provable consent for promotional calls, an opening that gives the reason and the company, and no promotional calls from 10 pm to 9 am, or 1 am to 12 pm in Ramadan. Read Saudi rules for AI calls (in Arabic).
Telling the caller in the first line that the call is with an AI agent and is recorded is the simple, safe default everywhere. More openings are in the AI disclosure and recording-notice scripts, and country rules in AI calling rules by country. These are summaries, not legal advice.

Yes. The demo near the top of this page is a live agent, not a recording. Press start, allow the microphone and talk to it in Arabic. Demo calls end after 90 seconds, and no phone number or sign-up is needed.
Either, or Levantine or standard Arabic. Pāṇini reads the dialect the agent's replies are written in, so the dialect is set by the agent's instructions and sample lines. The demo on this page speaks Gulf Arabic.
Valmiki STT transcribes all of them as Arabic; there is no separate setting per dialect. Its accuracy on each Gulf dialect has not been measured, so run test calls with people from your market before going live.
Yes. Valmiki STT follows the caller from Arabic into English and back, and Pāṇini reads English words inside an Arabic sentence in the same voice. Say in the agent's instructions whether it should answer in the caller's language or stay in Arabic.
Correctly when the amount is written out in words in the dialect you want, with the currency name: ألف وميتين وخمسين درهم rather than AED 1,250. Arabic changes the counted word with the number, so give the agent examples for one, two, three to ten and eleven up.
In the UAE, a marketing call must be recorded and say so at the start, and must ask whether the person wants to continue before any pitch. Saudi Arabia has no binding rule yet that makes the agent say it is an AI, although the national AI authority's guidance says it should. Saying so in the first line is the simple, safe default in both.
$0.055 per minute is the published price, the same for every language: about AED 0.20 and SAR 0.21 at the 24 October 2026 exchange rate. 1,000 minutes of calls cost $55.00, about AED 201.99 and SAR 206.25. Telephony you connect from your own provider carries no Sonex minute charge.
