No. Hindi, Tamil, Bhojpuri, Arabic and every other language cost the same: ₹0.50 a minute for speech to text and ₹2.97 a minute for text to speech.
No. You connect your own carrier or a telephony provider, and that provider bills the call minutes directly; Sonex adds no telephony charge. Published rates on 24 October 2026: Plivo ₹0.38 a minute (30-second pulse), Twilio US$0.0496 a minute (no Indian caller ID), and Vobiz about ₹0.40 a minute at Sarvam's resale price. Knowlarity works out to about ₹0.50 a minute on its Premium Plus plan. Exotel, Ozonetel, Tata Smartflo and MyOperator do not publish a per-minute rate; if you use one of them, choose "My own carrier" and enter your rate.
Taxes, and your own carrier's bill if you bring your own telephony. On the human side, only salary is counted: seats, phones, calling minutes, supervision, training and attrition are not.
An Indian calling-business operator wrote in April 2026 that a telecaller costs about ₹20,000 a month and makes about 80 calls a day, with 80 to 100 a day the practical ceiling. Older Quora answers put entry-level metro support pay at ₹10,000 to ₹13,000. We use ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 a month and 80 to 100 calls a day over 26 working days, which is ₹5.77 to ₹12.02 a call in salary.
Because it depends on your prompt. Most voice agents resend the whole system prompt and conversation history on every turn, so a long prompt costs more each minute. Our default is 12,000 input and 240 output tokens a minute; change it under "Change the assumptions", or read real token counts from your call logs.
