Female AI voice in Hindi, free

Four female voices read Hindi natively in the Sonex catalogue: three Hindi voices and one Hinglish voice. Each has its own tone, so the right one depends on the video. Play your line in each below, then sign up free to save it in the one that fits.

नमस्ते! आज का वीडियो उन दिनों के लिए है, जब कुछ नया सीखने का मन हो, पर समय बहुत कम हो। सिर्फ़ पाँच मिनट, और काम की तीन बातें।

Choosing a voice

How to pick the right Hindi female voice

The tone in the catalogue is a starting point; your script decides the rest. Play the same line in two or three voices before you choose, then keep that voice for the channel.

No girl or child voice

These are adult women's voices. There is no young-girl or child voice, and no pitch control to make one. For a different female voice, clone your own voice, or a voice whose owner has agreed.

  • Match the tone to the video. Warm and expressive (Priya) for stories, cooking and vlogs; calm (Anchal) for explainers and devotional content; clear and polite (Riya) for tutorials; quick Hinglish (Shruti) for Reels.
  • Write Hinglish in mixed script. Hindi words in Devanagari, English words in Latin: "आज का topic". Shruti in particular is built for this.
  • Use the script for energy. Short lines and exclamation marks make any voice sound more upbeat for Reels; longer, calmer sentences make it softer for stories. There is no pitch control.
  • One voice per channel. Viewers come to know the voice. Switching voices from video to video makes a channel look mass-produced.

Sample scripts

Step by step

How to make a video with a Hindi female voice in five steps

  1. 01

Write the script for the ear

Short sentences, numbers in words, and English words in Latin letters if you write Hinglish.

  2. 02

    Compare two voices

Paste the first lines into the playground and play them in Priya and one other voice. Choose by the video, not by the sample.

  3. 03

Match the script to the video

Short, punchy lines for Reels and Shorts, a friendly paragraph for YouTube intros, slower sentences with more full stops for stories.

  4. 04

Sign up free to save the audio

The playground plays in your browser only. After free signup, the dashboard saves each clip as a WAV file and the API gives MP3; add it in CapCut, VN or your editor.

  5. 05

    Edit and publish

Lay the voice over your footage, keep music below it, and use YouTube's AI label where a realistic AI voice could mislead viewers.

Commercial use

Use Hindi AI voice-overs on monetised channels

  • Use the audio in YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, podcasts and ads, including on monetised channels.
  • This applies to the free tier and to paid credits. No attribution to Sonex Labs is needed.
  • You are responsible for your script, and for disclosing realistic synthetic content where a platform asks you to.

YouTube

Can a channel with an AI voice be monetised?

Yes, AI voices are allowed. What YouTube limits is mass-produced, repetitive content: videos made from a template with little original work. Its July 2025 update renamed that rule from “repetitious” to “inauthentic” content (YouTube’s monetisation policies).

Write your own script, add your own research or editing, and keep one consistent voice for the channel. Where a realistic AI voice could mislead viewers, use YouTube’s altered or synthetic content label. The monetisation decision is always YouTube’s.

Voice cloning

Your own voice, speaking Hindi

Clone your voice from a 10-second recording. Your clone speaks Hindi, and every other language Pāṇini supports, in your own voice. The language comes from the text you type, so a clone recorded in English or Hindi can read a Hindi script.

Your accent comes with it: a clone sounds like you speaking Hindi, not like a different native speaker. Every free account includes one voice clone. Clone only your own voice, or a voice whose owner has agreed.

How voice cloning works

FAQ

Questions creators ask

Priya is the most expressive and the most used for YouTube. Anchal sounds calmer and suits slower videos. Play your own first line in both; the script matters as much as the voice.

No. All four are adult women's voices, and there is no child voice or pitch control. Quick, bright lines sound livelier, but they do not change the voice.

Yes. Clone your own voice from a 10-second recording; every free account includes one clone. It reads Hindi and every other supported language in your voice and accent.

Yes. Audio you generate, on the free tier or with paid credits, can be used on monetised YouTube channels, Shorts, Reels and in ads, with no attribution. YouTube limits mass-produced, repetitive videos, not AI voices, so write your own script and keep your edits original. The monetisation decision is YouTube's.

The audio you generate is yours to use, including commercially, with no attribution and no royalties to Sonex Labs. You are responsible for the script itself: if you read someone else's text, you need their permission.

Yes. A Sonex voice clone is not tied to the language it was recorded in. Type a Hindi script and your clone reads it in your own voice, with Hindi pronunciation. Your natural accent carries over, so it sounds like you speaking Hindi.
